Are your items handmade?
Yes! Every piece is handmade by me (Ellis) with lots of care and love. Because of this, small variations may occur – that’s part of the charm ✨
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Each item is handmade, so no two pieces are ever exactly the same. Colours and details may vary slightly, but that’s what makes your piece unique!
Do you offer custom or personalised items?
I do! Check out my Design Your Own section for custom earrings and special requests. If you’re unsure, feel free to message me before ordering 💌
📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to be made?
Most orders are made and dispatched within 3–7 working days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Do you offer tracked delivery?
Yes, all orders are sent with tracking so you can keep an eye on your happy mail 📬
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I ship within the UK. If international shipping opens in the future, I’ll shout about it on Instagram!
🔄 Returns & Issues
Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade nature of my items, I don’t accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no! Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I’ll do my best to sort it for you 💗
💎 Jewellery Care
How do I look after my jewellery?
To keep your pieces looking their best:
- Avoid water, perfumes, and lotions
- Store them safely when not in use
- Handle with care (they’re cute, but delicate!)
